Our team performs the energy connection and reading in a dedicated, cleansed space, with full focus — your presence isn't required. Will it definitely work? Has anyone failed?

In Seattle, re-stringing is free. Elsewhere, a spare cord-and-needle kit ships with your order. As for depletion: we continually sense the state of your crystals, and if confirmed depleted, we'll replace it free of charge as appropriate.
